My book is called Matched. Matched is about a young girl, who is seventeen and decided to get a match at the age seventeen. Everyone who is getting matched meets up at a banquet. Everyone is allowed to bring an artifact that is special to them. In this case, the girl, Cassia , brought a compact. The compact was golden and old. In the Banquet everyone eats then gets matched. Cassia got matched with her best friend, Xander. Cassia always described Xander as handsome and dreamy. She never knew that her best friend would ever be her match. Once you get matched, you get a microcard. A microcard looks like a sliver box that shows you pictures of your match from the past to today. It also gives you details about them. Cassia knew everything about Xander though. They’ve been friends for the longest. Knowing him so well, she still opens the microcard when she goes home. When she opens it, she sees Xander face, but then his face darkens into the screen. She sees a new face come up and its not Xander…
